This is our first Health & Wellness Jog with Fellowship for the Year 2012 and the venue was at the QC Memorial Circle.

As usual, Rey jogged all the way from Project 7 to the QC Memorial Circle and I think he was the first to arrive. Next person to arrive is our member Dorris who came all the way from Cavite with a BIG BAG OF CLOTHES with matching HIGH HEELS!!!!

Part of the Fitness Program of Rey was to carry the bags of Dorris and Tess Alarde.

We had a lot of food: Arroz Caldo, Puto Bumbong, Fresh Buko from Prez, palabok.

We had a lot of Fun today.

Say "SEX" . . . .

In the end, we fed our Body with food & exercise and fed our Soul with the camaraderie of each of us, which is what the Rotary Way is All About.

Last July 10, 2012, our Rotary of Masambong under the President Art Sangalongos held its first 2012 Governor visit and Induction of Officers & New Members at the Max's Restaurant at the Waltermart North EDSA Mall in Munoz, Quezon City.

We are the Rotary Club of Masambong, a RC with a colorful but interesting History.


Rotary D3780 Governor Penny Policarpio is our distinguished Guest of Honor alongside our President-Elect Art Sagalongos.

As with all Governor Visits in all Rotary clubs around the world, a Governor Visit is always preceded with a One-on-one Meeting between the Rotary District Governor and the Rotary Club President.

In a slight departure from tradition, District Governor Penny Policarpio decided it be a One-on-one Meeting of 6 persons.
